Overview
All about withdrawals: how to create a request, fees/minimums by networks, and processing times.
Withdrawal requirements
Complete identity verification (KYC)
Or have at least 100 H/s purchased in total.
Why this matters
These requirements help prevent fraud and protect users.
How to withdraw
Open the Withdraw section in the dashboard.
Choose the cryptocurrency and the correct network (e.g., ERC‑20, BEP‑20, TRC‑20).
Enter the amount and paste the recipient wallet address.
If the network requires a memo/tag, make sure to include it.
Confirm the request and wait for processing.
Tip
Check the ‘to receive’ line before confirming — it reflects the network fee.
Alternative: exchange to H/s
Instead of withdrawing, you can convert the equivalent to H/s with no fees.
Minimum amount for conversion is the equivalent of 0.01 USDT.
Fees and minimums
Parameters depend on the network:
Minimum withdrawal amount varies by network.
Network fee (gas/tx fees) of the destination network applies.
Some networks require a memo/tag.
Processing times
Most requests are processed within 1–5 minutes.
Additional time is needed for network confirmations.
High network load can increase delays.
You’ll receive a status notification in your dashboard.
Address, network and memo/tag
Some networks require an additional identifier:
BNB (BSC): memo optional.
XRP (Ripple): destination tag required.
XLM (Stellar): memo required.
TON (The Open Network): memo optional.
Important
Always include memo/tag if the network requires it (XRP, XLM, etc.). Errors may lead to loss of funds.
Tips and safety
Ensure the address matches the selected network (ERC‑20 ≠ TRC‑20).
Test with a small amount for a first withdrawal to a new address.
Keep the transaction hash (TXID) until funds are received.
Important
Withdrawal parameters may change by network and load. Always check current requirements in the withdrawal form before confirming.
